I believe the bible is 100% accurate and written by God. Yes, he used humans as instruments to get it down on paper, but it was all done by inspiration of the Holy Spirit.
Some people argue that, because it was done over such a long amount of time, and in some cases, the authors of particular books in the bible wrote those books many years/decades after the fact, that it simply cannot possibly be accurate.
To those people I say this, if your god isn’t a big enough god to make sure that we have a reliable, accurate bible, then you might be believing in the wrong one.
And you might also be calling God a liar when you say that His Word is not reliable and accurate.
“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:” 2 Timothy 3:16
“But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and BRING ALL THINGS TO YOUR REMEMBRANCE, whatsoever I have said unto you.” John 14:26 (My emphasis added obviously.)
“God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar;…” Romans 3:4
“God is not a man, that he should lie;…” Numbers 23:19
God clearly tells us in His word that He wrote the bible, and that He doesn’t lie. Woe be to those who say He does.
